Jill Knowles

About Jill

With more than two decades of experience and deep Houston roots, Jill Knowles brings a rare combination of construction expertise, market insight, and intuitive client guidance to the residential real estate experience. A lifelong Houstonian, she specializes in many of the city's most sought-after neighborhoods, including the Memorial Villages, Briargrove, Spring Branch, Oak Forest, West University, and areas surrounding Memorial Park and the River Oaks shopping district. Jill's career began working with new home builders, where she helped more than 500 families design and build their homes. This foundation gives her a sharp eye for quality, design, and value—an advantage she now applies to both new construction and resale clients. Paired with a degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, she offers a thoughtful, personalized approach that helps buyers and sellers navigate the emotional and financial decisions of a move with clarity and confidence. Her strategic preparation, strong negotiation skills, and attention to each client's lifestyle goals have earned her consistent top performance, including being recognized as her team's top producer for four quarters and achieving a #2 overall production ranking. Known for being determined, intuitive, and deeply devoted to her clients, Jill has built her business largely through repeat referrals and five-star reviews. Outside of real estate, she enjoys playing Mahjong, taking Peloton classes, and traveling with family and friends. She also stays active at Memorial Park and the Houston Racquet Club and supports local organizations including BEAR Houston and 100 Women of Memorial. For Jill, real estate is about more than transactions—it's about relationships, trust, and guiding clients toward the right next chapter. She is committed to delivering a seamless, informed, and successful experience for every client in the Houston market.
